Our reptiles are bred by us unless otherwise stated in the description of the reptile posted. We only guarantee the genetics and sex of the reptiles that we breed, however all our reptile's health is guaranteed 100% for up to 48 hours from the time the carrier picks up the reptile and ships it to you. All reptiles are shipped Priority Overnight. We only guarantee the health of the reptile after it leaves our care for a 48 hour time frame because good husbandry practices at that point should be in the customers care. Because the reptile is our main concern, we require an adult be present to receive and sign for the shipment on the “first” delivery attempt, otherwise we cannot guarantee the live delivery of the reptile. We ship our Ball Pythons with a clean bill of health. If you have other reptiles, we recommend you quarantine the new arrival for 30 days prior to introducing it into a habitat close to another reptile. We do not recommend you ever cohabitate ball pythons unless you are breeding them and only when they are courting/breeding.
We ship only when the weather/temperature is safe for the reptile. We will not ship under extreme weather conditions. This is to ensure the safety of the reptile in transit and its arrival. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $50.00. Under normal weather conditions the reptile is shipped once it is paid in full and you will be contacted with shipping number, tracking information and delivery date. We will not ship on Fridays. Delivery dates will be scheduled for Tuesdays through Fridays deliveries and we will not ship on holidays or to be delivered on holidays.
We know you will love your new arrival and we ask you not to forget to send us a quick text message as soon as you unbox him/her to let us know that it has arrived safe. Please notify us immediately to resolve any issue that the reptile may have incurred during transit. We want you to be happy about your purchase and to be excited that you found exactly what you were looking for. We can send you pictures of the reptile taken the day of the inquiry if requested because we do not offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse.
PAYMENT METHODS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
We will not ship a reptile without full payment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal (PayPal Purchase Protection fee may apply). A copy of the receipt will be included along with the reptile’s husbandry and genetic documentation with the reptile shipment.
Short-term payment plans may be available depending on the reptile. Reptiles over $1000.00 may be reserved with a 15% deposit once a payment plan is agreed upon. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the animal that was reserved for you can no longer be provided. Feel free to contact us to inquire about payment plan options.
If you reserve a reptile and are unable to pay the remaining balance, you will forfeit any payments that have been made because the reptile was unable to be sold during the time it was on reserve.
